The White House Team

The GP Partners are an established team of doctors dedicated to the health and well being of the community that they serve. We  heavily committed to training and development of which we are proud of the facilities and the environment that the new surgery building offers.

As a training practice we have a variety of Doctors in different stages of their carers:

  • GP Partners are the doctors who work permanently at the surgery.
  • Doctors in Training are fully qualified doctors who are furthering their training with us with the support of the partners.
  • Salaried and Locum GP's are highly experienced doctors employed by the practice to provide additional appointments for our patients.

Our experienced Practice's Nurses offer chronic disease management services such as asthma and diabetes reviews.

Our Administration Team - we employ a team of friendly and efficient secretaries and reception staff who will be happy to help you with any queries.

The Health Care Assistants at the practice are able to offer services such as carrying out blood tests, doing blood pressure checks, and some injections.

We now have an on site pharmacy called Well Pharmacy, formally known as Co-op Pharmacy, who will be happy to you with your prescriptions and medication queries.

Patient Information PDF Print E-mail

Transferring your electronic health record:

Your GP practice holds copies of your patient health record electronically and in paper format.  Both contain the healthcare information about you that your GP needs including your medical history, medications, allergies, immunisations and vaccinations.

If you have previously registered with a different GP in England, upon registering at this practice your electronic health record will, where possible, be transferred automatically from your previous practice through the use of an NHS system called GP2GP.

For more information please click on this link:   http://systems.hscic.gov.uk/gp2gp/communications/patientleaflet.pdf

The NHS will shortly begin collecting information about patients from GP practices' clinical systems through a gateway called GPES. You can find out more about this here.

We also have leaflets available in the reception waiting area
